a haven of comfort and beauty
thoughtful surprise modern interior
The modern stylish interior resonated deeply with me. my mum received a birthday decoration, it included a banner, balloons, prosecco, and cake. Such a thoughtful surprise. the staff called as we arrived to check if she liked the setup and wished her a happy birthday. everything was so lovely!
The room felt unusually dry. I think central heating was the issue, i would have preferred better conditions. i stayed six nights, and the dryness made it hard. i was a bit disappointed with the new restaurant concept. The food was more interesting before.

comfortable bed workout equipment adequate breakfast weak ac planned maintenance dry room
the room had a comfortable bed. breakfast had many options and tasted good. the gym provided adequate workout equipment. i found these aspects quite convenient.
the air conditioning was not very effective. i was not informed of planned maintenance for the sauna. the room felt dry.

ridiculous temperature control loud refrigerator
The gym had all the equipment needed for a decent workout. I guess the treadmill worked fine.
The temperature control was beyond ridiculous. There were multiple instructions on the wall, yet I never managed to adjust the room temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. the refrigerator was really loud. It made sleep difficult.

short bed clothes missing fruit
The room temperature was off. I set it how I liked, but it got changed and the room became freezing! the bed clothes were too short. They didn't seem to clean or iron them daily either. It was like the staff wasn't really trying. They were not proactive. Breakfast was mostly good, but most of the fruit was missing!
