a haven of comfort and beauty
thoughtful surprisemodern interiordry room
The modern stylish interior resonated deeply with me. my mum received a birthday decoration, it included a banner, balloons, prosecco, and cake. Such a thoughtful surprise. the staff called as we arrived to check if she liked the setup and wished her a happy birthday. everything was so lovely!
The room felt unusually dry. I think central heating was the issue, i would have preferred better conditions. i stayed six nights, and the dryness made it hard. i was a bit disappointed with the new restaurant concept. The food was more interesting before.

the air conditioning was not very effective. i was not informed of planned maintenance for the sauna. the room felt dry.

The gym had all the equipment needed for a decent workout. I guess the treadmill worked fine.
The temperature control was beyond ridiculous. There were multiple instructions on the wall, yet I never managed to adjust the room temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. the refrigerator was really loud. It made sleep difficult.

The room temperature was off. I set it how I liked, but it got changed and the room became freezing! the bed clothes were too short. They didn't seem to clean or iron them daily either. It reminded me of the staff wasn't really trying. They were not proactive. Breakfast was mostly good, but most of the fruit was missing!
